How enquiry data is used
Contact details are used to discuss your shipment.
Enquiry details
We request your name, phone number and origin and destination countries. Goods, weight and shipment value are optional. Your manager uses these details to answer your request and prepare a quote.
Storage and access
When automatic submission is enabled, enquiry data is saved in a private Google Sheet accessible to authorised company staff. It is not displayed on the public website.
Optional click statistics
Only with your separate choice, we record clicks on phone, WhatsApp and Instagram links, the page and campaign tags. Click events do not include your name, phone number or enquiry text. A click is not proof of a call or message.
